Richard - Co Founder

Richard is an entrepreneurial financial services leader with over 16 years’ experience in designing, building and launching intuitive digital solutions that make life easier for customers.

Harnessing his strong background in finance, product, innovation and large-scale delivery, Richard knew he could make a huge impact in the commercial lending process by co-founding CitoPlus.

Graham - Co Founder

Graham is a senior executive with deep global financial services knowledge gathered over 21 years in the industry, 14 years of that experience in the SME banking space at NAB and Judo.

After witnessing the poor experience for customers, brokers and lenders during the commercial lending process, Graham was motivated to solve this problem by co-founding CitoPlus.

Donovan - Chief Technology Officer

Donovan brings two decades of experience in building innovative software solutions for the financial services industry, with 10 of those years dedicated to working at FIS/SunGard, where he focused on building and integrating enterprise software for banks. 

Donovan has a proven track record of leading high-performing engineering teams and delivering successful software platforms to a diverse range of companies, including startups, scale-ups, and ASX-listed organizations. Donovan’s passion lies in delivering pioneering products, where he can apply his deep technical knowledge and strong commercial acumen.

John - Head of Broker Sales

John is a seasoned leader with over three decades of experience in SME and Commercial Lending. Throughout his career, he has held key management positions in both local and foreign banks, and also successfully owned and managed a major brokerage franchise for a decade.

With a substantial gap between the volume of commercial loans brokered compared to residential mortgages, John is on a mission to empower brokers to write more commercial loans and forge deeper customer relationships.

Soniya - Business Analyst

Soniya has over 4 years experience in designing and enhancing and business processes to deliver seamless end user experiences.

Soniya has a strong passion for analysing complex business problems and designing solutions that simplify the experience. Soniya believes people are at the centre of everything we do, being a people person to her core, with a love of technological solutions that are designed, built and communicated to serve the full spectrum of experiences and needs.

Campbell - Business Analyst

Campbell has over 10 years of software technology industry experience with a specialisation in finance software, developing a passion for user friendly technologies which help deliver efficiency improvements in day to day activities.

Passionate in bridging the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders, Campbell is very excited with the opportunity for CitoPlus to continue reducing friction and pain points for commercial brokers.

Ervin - UX Designer

Ervin has a passion for anything related to design. Coming from a graphic design background, his journey has spanned more than 12 years. His mission? To embed creativity and functionality into products and ultimately improve a user’s digital experience.

As the digital landscape evolves, so do the possibilities of UX design. He is excited to be part of a rapidly changing industry, always hungry for ideas and new technologies.

James - Lead Developer

James has been working in software development for over 15 years with most of that time spent in the financial services industry. He has worked with a number of different technologies both behind the scenes on the server-side software and on frontend web applications.

During his tenure at a major bank, James helped to build an internal banker platform delivering a streamlined user experience across the application lifecycle whilst leveraging data to streamline the banker experience.

Usama - DevOps Engineer

Usama has been working as an Engineer for over 10 years, he has previously worked with a number of organisations on core development and uplifting developer and operations practices including Linkt / Transurban, House and Land for Transpire, and BetterBuild for Carlisle Homes.

Usama specialises in working with cloud platforms including AWS and Microsoft Azure, and is focused on ensuring the smooth and efficient deployments and operation of the CitoPlus platform.

Maurice - Head of Sales and Growth

Maurice is an experienced third party professional with over 16 years in the financial sector working at Symple Loans as the Head of its Broker Distribution team, FAST Aggregation and Suncorp Bank in senior business development roles.

Maurice is passionate about the third party industry and harnessing long lasting relationships, he understands the complexity that commercial brokers face every day and the role technology can play to enable a leading commercial broker experience.

Mark - Senior Partnership Manager

Mark brings 20 years of financial services experience working within the Commercial and Equipment/Asset Finance broker market to the CitoPlus team.

Mark understands the challenges faced by these businesses and/or their customers, and prides himself on providing guidance to help them overcome the challenges and prosper. Mark is passionate about delivering solutions while partnering with brokers to make it easier for them to help customers.

Matthew - Senior Partnership Manager NSW/ACT

Matthew has nearly 10 years of experience in Business Development within the Broker and Third-Party Distribution space. His experience spans Residential, Personal & Consumer Finance, which has now evolved into Commercial Finance. Notably, he has been nominated and recognized as a finalist for multiple industry BDM & Engagement awards.

Mark has collaborated with Brokers in various capacities, helping deliver products and solutions to grow and develop businesses and client relationships. He is very passionate in engaging the network and providing education frameworks to develop market share and volumes.

Amanda - Partnership Manager

Amanda has over 10 years experience in the financial services industry in both risk management and high end equipment/asset finance. Her journey also includes a successful stint in small business management.

Amanda understands the challenges from both sides—whether as a SME or as a broker. Her passion lies in assisting brokers by creating high-quality submissions and helping them gain a deeper understanding of their clients. She also recognizes the complexity that brokers face daily and firmly believe in the transformative power of technology to enhance the commercial broker experience.
